Occasionally, a product may become unavailable after an order has been placed.

Any refund will normally be issued to the original payment method.

5. Orders

Submitting an order through Tavelluna.com constitutes an offer to purchase the products included in your order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the applicable amount.

An automated order confirmation does not prevent us from canceling an order where one of the circumstances above applies.

7. Prices and Payment

Prices displayed on Tavelluna.com may change from time to time.

The price that normally applies to your purchase is the price displayed when you submit your order, except in the case of an obvious pricing or technical error.

We reserve the right to correct errors involving:

• Shipping charges

If a material pricing error affects an order you have already placed, we may contact you to offer the option of proceeding at the correct price or canceling the affected item for a refund.

8. Shipping Charges

Tavelluna currently charges a $4.95 standard shipping fee on orders under $49. Orders of $49 or more qualify for free standard shipping, as described in our Shipping Policy.

Any applicable shipping charge will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Promotional shipping offers may occasionally be available and will be subject to the conditions shown with the offer.

9. Discounts and Promotions

Tavelluna may occasionally offer:

Promotions may be subject to additional conditions.

Unless stated otherwise, promotional offers cannot be combined.

Your purchase is made from Tavelluna, and Tavelluna remains your customer-service contact for orders placed through Tavelluna.com.

Orders containing multiple products may sometimes be fulfilled from different locations and arrive in separate packages.

Where import duties, taxes, or similar charges are not collected at checkout, the recipient may be responsible for those charges where required by applicable law.

Tavelluna does not control charges independently imposed by customs or government authorities.

Customers are responsible for cooperating with reasonable customs-clearance requirements applicable to their delivery.

13. Cancellations and Order Changes

We begin processing orders as quickly as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, but cancellation or modification cannot be guaranteed once processing or fulfillment has begun.

Once an order has shipped, it generally cannot be canceled and must instead be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Personalized or custom-made products may not be cancelable once production has begun.

14. Returns, Refunds and Replacements

Returns, refunds, replacements, and exchanges are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Tavelluna currently offers a 30-day return period, subject to the conditions and exclusions described in that policy.

For eligible change-of-mind returns:

• The customer is responsible for return shipping
• The original $5 shipping fee is non-refundable

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us promptly.

We may request reasonable evidence such as photographs or a short video to help verify and resolve the issue.

Do not return an item to the address printed on the original shipping package.

Returns must be authorized by Tavelluna first so we can provide the correct return instructions.

Nothing in these Terms or our Return & Refund Policy limits mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

15. Incorrect, Refused or Unclaimed Deliveries

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.

A refund or free replacement may not be available where delivery fails because:

• An incorrect or incomplete address was supplied
• Delivery was refused
• A package was not collected
• Required customs procedures were not completed
• Incorrect customer-provided information prevented delivery

We will review individual circumstances reasonably and in accordance with applicable law.

16. Customer Accounts
